Whatever we love and give good feelings to, we create them. Feeling is creation. These thoughts are from The Power book by Rhonda Byrne.

Have you ever experienced a scenario, when you gave so much love to something, either an object, experience, or certain characteristic in a person? And sometime later, to your surprise, noticing that you attracted the very same into your life, the ones you gave so much love to.

I will share three such things I am thrilled to attract into my life.

1. Whenever I go to restaurants, if there is an option to sit on a swivel bar stool v’s sitting at normal level tables, I choose to sit on the bar stool. Not just sit, but my face beams and eyes lit up as a small kid and I literally jump up and sit. When we go to Chipotle restaurant, my son looks at me and winks, let’s go there and sit mom, pointing at the bar stools. He knows my preference, and that it is an unwavering choice I make.

Same goes when we go to ice-cream stores…

Now we own a house.  We have open kitchen with breakfast bar. That is our dining place. Both my son and I love sitting there on the swivel bar stools for eating, and rarely use dining table to have our meals unless someone else is home. I even sit there while reading, writing, talking to someone.

I never imagined how my house should be nor thought we should have a breakfast bar. While reading this book Power, and the chapter Feeling is Creation, I was very clear, that I attracted this in our house, from my love and joy of sitting on high bar chairs!!

2. The second example I would like to share is:

My neighbor Sheila invited me to their house for Tea one Saturday afternoon. It is our first meeting to learn bit about each other in our new community. As I stepped in, I was delighted looking at her. She looked stunningly beautiful in this dress, white trousers and a green top. I thought what a stunningly beautiful dress on this beautiful lady. I shared it with Sheila as well. And how much I like greens.

From that day, am not sure how many white pants and green tops caught my attention. Seemed as if my whole world is filled with whites and greens. As I went to shop for clothes, indeed I came across these exact white trousers and green top and bought them. Even though Green, especially Spring Green is one of my favorite color, dark greens don’t seem to blend with my skin tone so well. I was looking for more, and I found a perfect blend of green-white mixture fitting me so well, and I absolutely loved.

Again, attracting this particular attire, is from the love and good feelings I gave to these colors and combination.

3. One day as we were shopping at Walmart, saw this elderly woman, who looked pleasant, cheerful, and extremely agile for her age. I felt so good and loved watching her – the combination of her serenity-cheer and agility. Turned to my son and said, see how vibrant she is even at this age. He nodded and agreed. After a bit, we completed our shopping, and as we walked towards one of the checkout counters. To my delight this lady is right in front of us. And I got to watch her even more. How gracefully she handled…right from putting the groceries, to using her credit card, to walking away…She has a classy style, and is so charismatic. My son and I exchanged pleasant smiles, at the odds of running into her again.

As we walked into the parking lot, guess what? This lady’s car is right beside ours and she is loading up her car. I got to watch her another time!!

Again, I believe it is the Powers of giving love and good feelings to what we love. I attracted her again and again.

I suggest you to focus and give love and good feelings to what you want, and see what beautiful experiences you will be attracting. Especially at this time, instead of focusing on news, and getting worried, afraid, let us focus and give our love to Health and well-being for us, for our families, friends, community, and to everyone in the world. Let us see and feel love for 100% Health and Well-being!! Feeling is creation. Let us feel and give love to what we want to create.
