When my son was three year old, with his hand on his heart, he said, Valentine means Heart, and so it is Happy Valentine’s Heart Day. My friend Sushma supports it and says it is about ones heart and putting love in it. I agree with you Sushma!

Fill yourself with love. When you are doing something, fill yourself with love and do it. Before you speak, fill yourself with love and then speak. Before you think, fill yourself with love and then think. Love automatically radiates to everyone you interact with, whether you are interacting face to face or in thoughts. What comes out of you is only what you are on the inside. Isn’t it?!

Love is Supreme, the highest form of energy. Be love, and let it permeate around.

This is an amazing witnessing experience for me of what love could do. I used to struggle so much doing Toastmasters speeches. Used to write word for word, check how each of my difficult word needs to be enunciated, where to pause, where to emphasize, where to gesture, what gestures I should use…I used to write all this in a script and mark each of these suggestions in different fonts, colors etc.

It used to take so much toll on my head to remember all these and do, and my focus used to be mostly on presenting the content in this perfect way I prepared my script. It used to drive me crazy.

Finally one day I decided, hey, this is not something I am required to do. I am doing it out of sheer interest to share the content, and of course to improve my presentation skills. I know the topic I want to present. I have zeal for the topic, and have passion for sharing. Let me just go and enjoy sharing it. I did it. I filled myself with love. I was fully spirited. I was at ease, and delivered.

Bingo!! It was huge success. I mean, personally to me, and I am comparing myself and my performance to what I had been doing until then. I could see that the audience too is extra sparkled. I achieved my purpose.

It is an amazing experience which brought me to realization that my best performance doesn’t have to be hard and beating my self to perfect. Rather it is to let go of myself, and let the Love drive me!
