Encourager is the one who offers you a helping hand and takes you higher. He stays with you until you need his help. He supports you and inspires you. Do you have encouragers, supporters and inspirers, who help you reach your goals?
Can you count on someone who created “an eager want” in you to plunge into something new? This person may have believed in you more than you believed in yourself. They saw beyond who you are, to the person you could become. They may have inspired you to go for something big.
I am very blessed to have good support and encouragement from my family, friends and colleagues.
Ravindra is one of my special friends who created a burning desire in me to transform my writings and put them to good use. Without his encouragement and belief in me, I would never have brought my writing skills into the light.
Ravindra created an earnest desire in me to start Blogging. I plunged into it the very same day he suggested. It is exactly 7 years ago, on this day, Feb 28th 2010. I wrote 50 blogs within 6-month span.
Looking at my first 6 blogs posted in the first 10 days of my blog’s birth, he emailed me his thoughts. I was simply elated to hear from him the impact my writings could create on my readers. It is one of the big exciting moments of my life.
I completely trusted in what he said. I took each of his compliments and made into affirmations to motivate myself.
Here are some of those affirmations:
Blogging has helped me in many ways. It helped me to convey my thoughts easily to many. Soon I had many readers who used to look forward for my posts and post feedback. That used to be my fuel to go for more writing. Blogging enhanced my courage, self-esteem and inner clarity. It served as stepping stone for my book writing. I discovered that it is my passion and something I will do through my life for the joy I experience in writing.
It is very important to have encouragers, supporters and inspirers who give us a push to raise our limits and stretch ourselves.
Do you have encouragers, supporters and inspirers in your life? Be thankful and always stay connected to them. We cross paths with many people. Some touch us and lift us up beyond our imaginations, but they may not stay by our sides forever, which is okay. With our growing needs, we have to constantly and consistently renew and replenish our encouragers, supporters and inspirers.
Let us find our encouragers, and become an encourager to someone ourselves. Let us create an eager want in others to become their best possible self.

I think you have a great heart for people. Just simple words are the best compliment we can all give one another without any cost.
You inspire me.
