How can we keep calm and stay positive during this time, when corona virus is generating so much fear around?

 

As the Serenity Prayer says, let us pray for accepting the things we cannot change, and courage to change the things we can, and wisdom to know the difference.

 

Let us take the preventive care we could: following personal hygiene, avoiding gatherings, and being sensible to others.

 

Believing and trusting in the Higher Powers to contain this virus.

 

As a positive, connected and healing community, some of the things we could do are:

Prayer

Staying Calm

Deep Breathing

Chant Healing Mantras like Mahamrityunjaya Mantra

Think Positive

Meditate

Relax our body and any tensed muscles

 

Since most of the activities outside home are cut-off, we all have an opportunity to spend more quality time with our children and families. Enjoy the time together, cook some healthy meals, share positive thoughts and stories. It in turn radiates out so much calm and positive energies.
